Al-Babtain Metal Industries Factory in Riyadh is a Saudi manufacturing facility focused on practical metal solutions that serve the daily operations of cities and projects. Since 1434 AH, we have been designing and producing three main integrated categories: containers/waste bins with multiple operating capacities, caravans, which are modular buildings and worker accommodation for rapid site preparation, and car and truck boxes that support transport and logistics cycles. Why do we combine these categories under one roof? Because the customer does not need an isolated product, but rather a coherent manufacturing chain from design to delivery and beyond.
We measure our success by what happens on the ground: the failure rate after initial operation, actual delivery time compared to what was agreed upon. We convert site requirements and tenders into ready-to-use products, within clear timelines. We start with real-world usage—how often will the container be emptied? What are the restrictions on vehicle access within the city? — Then we adjust the design: lifting interfaces (Skip/Hook/RORO), cover and wheel options, and the appropriate type of surface protection. Manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure
Materials: Galvanized/Epoxy and Material Standards
We select steel grades according to operating conditions and apply appropriate surface protection solutions: hot-dip galvanizing for parts exposed to moisture and salt, or multi-layer epoxy/industrial paints for corrosion resistance. What does this actually change? It determines the number of years before the first major maintenance and reduces the likelihood of peeling and corrosion at sensitive points such as edges and corners.

- Cutting and shaping: Precise cutting and bending ensures dimensional compatibility with accessories (covers, wheels, Skip/Hook/RORO lifting hooks).
- Certified welding: Joints are visually and dimensionally inspected to avoid weak areas around corners and edges.
- Controlled industrial paint: Surface preparation as needed, followed by primer and topcoat layers measured for thickness with calibrated tools.
- Pre-delivery testing: Checking opening/closing mechanisms, paint adhesion, and alignment of facades that interact with hoists.
